Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a candidate to lead production operations at their facility in Union, S.C. This direct hire position involves mentoring new associates, participating in process improvements, and fostering a positive culture.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership. Bilingual skills and experience in the Textiles Industry are significant advantages. A competitive benefits plan is offered, including health insurance and a 401K.
