Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong communication with diverse teams.
• Background in kitchen and dye manufacturing preferred.
• Proven leadership with accountability and team motivation.
• Solid understanding of production procedures and quality standards.
• Advanced MS Office and familiarity with manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure reliable, efficient processes.
• Plan schedules, assess resources, and manage budgets/timelines with stakeholders.
• Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Oversee production, draw schedules, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor quality and implement QC programs for high standards.
• Review performance and identify training needs for improvement.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to manage a diverse team.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet production goals and morale targets.
• Own the success of the production line and schedule adherence.
