Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking a production supervisor to oversee line(s) in manufacturing and packaging. You will lead line workers, coordinate with supervisors, ensure targets are met, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in manufacturing/food environments, with strong leadership and communication skills. Monday–Friday with potential overtime; paid hourly with benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work to employees to reach daily targets.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisors/maintenance.
• Train and coach new and existing employees.
• Maintain safe working conditions.
• Assist with supervisory duties as needed.
• Support food safety program and product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
