Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for daily interactions and training.
• Experience in quality control, inspection, or product inspection is required.
• Packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is required.
• Line Lead or Team Lead experience is required.
• Willing and able to learn and operate the packaging machine.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work on the packing line while leading and supporting the team.
• Operate the packaging machine and help address minor operating or workflow issues.
• Assign employees to work areas and explain their responsibilities in English or Spanish as needed.
• Train new packers on packing procedures, quality standards, equipment operation, and safe work practices.
• Inspect finished products and packaging, identify defects, and communicate quality concerns or rework needs to a supervisor.
• Keep the line organized, supplied, and working toward daily production goals.
• Monitor staffing and report attendance or headcount concerns to supervisors.
• Escalate larger production, equipment, safety, or quality concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and help the team follow company procedures.
