You will coordinate production staff, monitor line performance, manage materials readiness, and collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in top condition. The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production schedules and ensure materials and equipment are ready.
• Coordinate tasks among production staff to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Monitor production flow, line performance, and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Identify and escalate any quality, safety, or operational issues.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and production documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance for equipment performance and repairs.
• Support training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of team members.
• Step in for the Production Supervisor when needed.
