Job summary

QUICK USA in Gardena, CA is seeking a part-time Production Interpreter & Employee Support Coordinator fluent in Japanese and Spanish to bridge management and frontline staff in our food manufacturing environment.

You will provide interpretation/translation for SOPs, quality standards, and safety rules, assist with onboarding and training, and support daily shop-floor operations on the morning shift (6:00am–12:00pm), 15–20 hours per week, on site.

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese and Spanish interpretation and translation required.
• Interest in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation and translation for SOPs, quality standards, and safety.
• Facilitate communication between frontline staff and management.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Assist in drafting production and quality reports.
• Participate in Kaizen and workflow improvements.
• Assist during recruitment interviews.
