QUICK USA in Gardena, CA is seeking a part-time Production Interpreter & Employee Support Coordinator fluent in Japanese and Spanish to bridge management and frontline staff in our food manufacturing environment.

You will provide interpretation/translation for SOPs, quality standards, and safety rules, assist with onboarding and training, and support daily shop-floor operations on the morning shift (6:00am–12:00pm), 15–20 hours per week, on site.

We are seeking a Bilingual Japanese & Spanish Production Interpreter & Employee Support Coordinator to support internal and external communications across our manufacturing operations.
This role requires business-level Japanese and Spanish interpretation and translation skills, along with a strong interest in the food manufacturing industry, to serve as a bridge between management and frontline staff, drive employee onboarding and training, and support daily shop-floor operations.

Essential Duties

• Internal & External Communication Support (Japanese & Spanish)
• Provide operational guidance, interpretation, and translation for Spanish-speaking employees.
• Deliver interpretation and translation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), qualitystandards, and safety regulations on the manufacturing floor.
• Facilitate smooth communication between frontline workers and management.
• Translate and create various technical materials, including operations manuals, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives for new hires.
• Assist in drafting operational reports related to production, quality control, and safety.
• Provide interpretation support during recruitment activities and interviews as needed.
• Participate in shop-floor improvement (Kaizen) activities and propose workflow efficiency enhancements.

15-20 hour per week, mornings only ( 6:00am -12:00pm ), On-site
