Job summary

Fairweather, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations, including customer communication, data entry, and Warehouse Management System updates, with potential to transition into a Production Assistant role with the production team.

The role requires WMS experience, strong Excel skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and excellent customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

Recent experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) required.
Experience with Sage, CrateMaker, or Ops Center is a plus.
Strong Excel skills and computer proficiency required.
Strong data entry and reporting capabilities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent work history.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer-facing support and respond to service inquiries
Enter and manage data accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Maintain reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure order accuracy and workflow efficiency
Assist with production-related administrative tasks once transitioned into the Production Assistant role
Ensure timely communication between internal departments and customers
Maintain organized documentation and records
