This role emphasizes food safety, GMP, and sanitation while serving as a resource for colleagues, encouraging engagement, and helping identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, customer service, or a leadership role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• Welcome and assist new associates during onboarding and training.
• Reinforce company policies, food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards.
• Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions and directing concerns to the appropriate department.
• Monitor production areas to encourage safe work practices and compliance with company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational needs.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives.
• Support production teams by ensuring work areas remain clean, organized, and efficient.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete assigned administrative tasks as needed.
