You will oversee staffing, line performance, and cross-functional coordination with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires at least 2 years in food manufacturing leadership, strong GMP/HACCP knowledge, and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or production leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCP/CP monitoring and food safety regulations.
• Bilingual in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak) required.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and enforce SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee production teams, ensuring staffing and workload distribution.
• Conduct daily shift meetings focusing on safety, quality, production targets, downtime, and priorities.
• Ensure equipment startup/shutdown according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Proactively manage production flow to meet schedule requirements and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation for cross-functional support.
