Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking Production Associates to join our food manufacturing team in Reno.

You will assist with production, assembly, packaging, and quality inspection of ready-to-eat products while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. You will follow recipes and product specifications, measure and prepare ingredients, label finished products for shipment, and inspect for quality and packaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or food processing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment and follow food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble ready-to-eat food products on a fast-paced production line.
• Follow recipes, product specifications, and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Measure and prepare ingredients while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging before distribution.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently following SOPs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by GMPs.
• Adhere to HACCP, USDA, and company food safety regulations.
• Work to meet daily production goals in a refrigerated environment.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Assist with line setup, product changeovers, and general production support as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE.
