Tenergy, based in Silicon Valley, is seeking bilingual Chinese-English candidates for a Global Product Management role focusing on battery packs, BMS, and chargers. You will coordinate design, analyze tests, and support customers while working with global teams and suppliers to drive new product launches.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, data analysis, and proactive product lifecycle management, with a salary range described in the posting. This position is onsite in California.

Qualifications

• Chinese-English bilingual communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Interest in technical products, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work with global teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, strong attention to details.
• Teamwork player that can work cross many internal functions as well as external customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal product design efforts related to battery packs, BMS, and chargers.
• Analyze test reports; provide technical feedback to design teams and suppliers.
• Create product design materials (PowerPoint and Word).
• Review customer product requirement documents.
• Develop design proposals and project timelines; manage execution from concept to pilot production.
• Provide new product support including troubleshooting and launch coordination.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including BOM management.
• Work with quality, production, QA, and logistics for supplier communications.
