Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support end-to-end sourcing for O&M and System Integration projects. You will manage RFQs/RFPs, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders while coordinating with field teams and vendors.

This role emphasizes compliance, vendor management, and timely procurement records. The candidate should have 1–2+ years of procurement experience, be bilingual in Korean and English, and be proficient in Excel, with familiarity in SAP or similar

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
1–2+ years of procurement, supply chain, or construction/project coordination experience.
Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with pricing and procurement data.
Strong cross-functional communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement for O&M and SI lines, including materials, parts, and services.
Manage RFQ/RFP processes, including bid schedules and proposal comparisons.
Negotiate pricing and terms for purchases and issue POs within authority.
Maintain vendor/OEM agreements and trusted vendor lists.
Track supplier performance and assist with improvement actions.
Coordinate with Legal to ensure contract compliance.
Maintain procurement records per retention procedures.
