Job summary

Hyundai-Transys-Georgia-Seating-System seeks a Sales and Procurement Specialist (English & Korean bilingual) to manage month-end closing, pricing maintenance, and expense processing. You will maintain pricing accuracy and support certificate of origin requests while documenting processes for a smooth transition.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting or procurement support, with SAP and Excel proficiency, and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in accounting operations, procurement administration, or pricing support, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities, reconciling PO, goods receipt, and GRNI reports.
• Maintain customer sales prices in ERP and audit price changes against agreements.
• Process department expenses, code invoices to GL accounts and cost centers.
• Provide interim coverage for origin certificates, supplier certification follow-up, and hand-off.
• Maintain records, comply with policies, and participate in continuous procurement improvements.
