Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain professional to support O&M and System Integration projects across the U.S. The role focuses on end-to-end sourcing, RFQ/RFP management, and vendor negotiations for parts and services.

You will work with field teams, project managers, and leadership to optimize procurement spend, ensure compliance, and drive efficiencies while maintaining strong bilingual communication in Korean and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
1–2+ years in procurement, supply chain, or coordination roles.
Bilingual Korean and English required.
Proficient with Excel and pricing data.
Strong cross-functional communication with field and project teams.

Responsibilities

Source end-to-end procurement for O&M and SI lines, including parts and services.
Manage RFQ/RFP processes, bid schedules, and comparison against pricing data.
Negotiate pricing and terms; issue purchase orders within authority.
Support vendor and OEM agreements and maintain approved vendor lists.
Track supplier performance and assist cost-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with Legal to ensure contract compliance and governance.
Prepare procurement summaries and reports for leadership.
