Prevention Links is seeking a Bilingual Prevention Consultant to collaborate with districts and providers, delivering trainings and workshops. You will assist in data collection, reporting, and quality improvement to evaluate services for the target population.

The role requires strong English communication, willingness to travel, and the ability to work independently within a team. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and New Jersey.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field.
• Experience in nonprofit or community-based programs preferred.
• Ability to travel locally within Union County and beyond.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver community education programs to staff, students, the public, professionals, and volunteers.
• Ensure fidelity and compliance with all programs and trainings.
• Develop and implement assessments and surveys to track impact and outcomes.
• Attend weekend and evening meetings and events as required.
• Coordinate travel and manage program schedules and grant requirements.
