Job summary

Prevention Links Inc. in Kenilworth, NJ seeks a Prevention Consultant to collaborate with school districts and community providers to deliver trainings, workshops, webinars, and events across Union County and beyond.

You will support program data collection, reporting, and evaluation, ensuring fidelity and meeting grant requirements. This role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and travel. A Bachelor's in Human Services is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in human services or related field.
• Experience in prevention programs or community-based services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver community education programs to staff, students, the public, professionals, and volunteers.
• Ensure fidelity and compliance with all programs and trainings.
• Develop and implement assessments and surveys to track program impact and outcomes.
• Attend weekend/evening meetings and events as required.
• Travel within Union County and beyond; maintain program schedules and grant requirements.
