Prevention Links in Jersey City, NJ is hiring a full-time Community Education Specialist to collaborate with consultants, schools, and providers. You will prepare and deliver education programs, ensure program fidelity, and develop tools to measure impact across locations.

Requires a Bachelor’s in human services, 3+ years in nonprofit work, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel domestically, 35 hours per week, evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• Experience in nonprofit or social services preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver community education programs to staff, students, and the public.
• Ensure fidelity and compliance with all programs and trainings.
• Develop assessments and surveys to track program impact.
• Attend weekend/evening meetings and events as required.
• Travel domestically for the role and manage schedules.
