Under the Education Specialist guidance, you will implement developmentally appropriate activities, support dual-language learners, and foster strong family partnerships in a culturally respectful environment.

You will collaborate with families, document progress, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance program quality and growth as an educator.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Associate degree (AAS/AA) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's permit required within six months; able to work with children with special needs and learners with limited English; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Head Start standards.
• Support dual-language learners with English and Spanish experiences.
