Job summary

Centro de la Familia seeks a Preschool Teacher to spark curiosity and nurture a love of learning in early childhood. Under the Education Specialist guidance, you will implement Head Start-aligned curriculum and foster inclusivity, family engagement, and bilingual learning in English and Spanish.

You will create a warm, safe classroom, support children's development across cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical areas, and collaborate with families and staff to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education (2 years preferred).
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s permit required within six months.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; supports dual-language learners.
• Ability to work with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe and excited to learn.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Head Start standards.
• Support dual-language learners with English and Spanish experiences.
