Job summary

Centro de la Familia seeks a Preschool Teacher to spark young minds, foster curiosity, and support dual-language learners within a Head Start framework. You will create an inclusive classroom, plan developmentally appropriate activities, and partner with families to enrich each child’s learning journey.

You will work under the Education Specialist, implementing curricula, assessing progress, and promoting health, safety, and inclusive practices in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Early childhood education, 2 years preferred.
• Education: AAS or AA in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s permit required within six months of employment.
• Ability to work with children with special needs and those with limited or no English.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
