Job summary

Carter Mario PC is seeking a detail‑oriented legal administrative professional to manage case activity, document preparation, and client communications across all phases of personal injury cases. You will use our case management software, scan documents, prepare demand letters, and support attorneys and management with timely, world‑class service.

Requirements include a college degree or paralegal certification, fluent Spanish, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• College degree in legal studies, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
• Professional level reading, writing, and speaking Spanish to communicate with clients.
• Strong communication and empathy in client interactions.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Notary Public a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in person, by phone, or electronically to review and document case status.
• Use the case management system for data entry, tasks, and communications.
• Prepare and send documents, scans, mail, and correspondence per SOP.
• Gather investigative documentation (police reports, medical records, bills).
• Communicate with attorneys and adjusters regarding case changes and updates.
• Prepare demand letters, settlements, and related statements.
