Responsibilities

• Gather investigative documentation (police reports, medical records, bills).
• Interact with insurance companies and adjusters as needed.
• Assist with initial property damage resolution.
• Prepare demand letters and packages.
• Prepare settlement statements.
• Perform other case management tasks as directed by the Attorney.
