Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 1-3 years personal injury plaintiff or defense experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Remote-to-hybrid start with expansion to a San Antonio office planned.

Responsibilities

• Explain and execute Attorney-Client contract.
• Interview clients, supporting witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to collect information.
• Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence and conduct legal research.
• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate.
• Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system.
