Ekspert Counsel is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side practice. The role offers fully remote work and the opportunity to handle cases from intake through resolution, collaborating with clients and providers to drive strong outcomes.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in personal injury, pre-suit experience, and litigation exposure is a plus. Fluent English/Spanish capabilities are highly encouraged to support bilingual client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolution.
• Handle all aspects of pre-suit case management, including liability analysis, treatment monitoring, settlement negotiations, and demand preparation.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties involved in the claims process.
• Review medical records, billing records, and supporting documentation to evaluate damages.
• Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies.
• Develop case strategy and provide clients with clear guidance throughout the claims process.
• Draft demand packages, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• For attorneys with litigation experience, assist with or independently manage litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and hearings.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure matters progress efficiently toward resolution.
• Deliver exceptional client service while achieving strong case results.
