Responsibilities

• Explain and execute Attorney-Client contract.
• Interview clients, supporting witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to collect information.
• Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence and conduct legal research.
• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate.
• Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system.

Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for a pre-litigation personal injury attorney to help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal team. We are looking for someone with personal injury experience but will gladly provide extensive training and mentoring to the right person should their experience not exactly line up with the preferences listed below. We feel that a positive attitude, willingness to learn and high motivation are extremely important traits. We are aiming to hire the right person, not necessarily the right resume.

Responsibilities

• Explain and execute Attorney-Client contract
• Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information
• Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research
• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
• Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system

Qualifications

• San Antonio, Texas - We are planning an expansion to open an office in San Antonio before end of the year, and we are seeking an attorney who will work remotely to start, and hybrid once the office is opened.
