Applicants must be licensed in Texas and fluent in English and Spanish, with 1–3 years of PI experience preferred and a JD degree. Strong negotiation skills and independence in case management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of personal injury plaintiff or defense experience preferred.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Explain and execute attorney-client contracts.

• Collect insurance policies, medical records, and conduct legal research.
• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Negotiate settlements on clients' behalf when appropriate.
