Job summary

The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-litigation Assistant for our Personal Injury team in Irvine. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and requires experience in legal case management.

You will manage client intake, documentation, and case progression with professionalism and care. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, are bilingual in Spanish, and can handle multiple cases with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in criminal justice, sociology, or related studies.
• 2–5 years of case management (pre-litigation) experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent telephone customer service etiquette and support.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships with clients and guide them through intake to settlement.
• Monitor cases by verifying attendance, evaluating treatments, and communicating needs.
• Maintain client records by reviewing case notes and progress.
• Communicate client progress in weekly meetings and evaluations.
• Request medical records and manage government claim forms and property damage resolutions.
• Draft legal documents such as letters of representation and preservation of evidence.
• Ensure client files are complete for demand and potential litigation.
