Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience working as a personal injury pre-lit case manager.
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required.
• In-office position in Torrance requiring 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 60+ cases at any given time.
• Open insurance claims and send letters of representation.
• Obtain evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, pictures.
• Collect medical records and bills.
• Schedule and monitor client’s medical treatments.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and collect information.
• Scan/save files, mail, etc. pertaining to cases.
• Oversee case manager assistant.
• Assist intake specialist to evaluate intakes and sign new clients.
