Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English (read, write, speak) — REQUIRED.
• 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of PI pre-litigation processes.
• Experience handling medical records, treatment coordination, and property damage.
• Familiarity with Medi-Cal and Medicare liens.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Filevine.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full pre-litigation caseload from case opening through settlement.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
• Open and maintain electronic case files and detailed case notes.
• Request, track, and organize medical records and billing.
• Coordinate and schedule medical treatment.
• Handle property damage and loss‑of‑use claims.
• Identify and assist with Medi‑Cal and Medicare lien issues.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and vendors.
• Draft routine correspondence and documents for attorney review.
• Ensure deadlines and compliance with firm procedures.
