• Proven ability to request and manage medical and billing records, treatment coordination, and liens.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to assist as needed - proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Request and obtain medical and billing records for personal injury cases, ensuring documentation is accurate.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and gather information.
• Coordinate treatment schedules with healthcare providers to ensure client care.
• Handle and manage liens, including negotiation or resolution.
• Prepare cases for demand.
• Conduct intakes on potential new clients and document cases.
• Maintain and organize casefiles, ensuring accessibility.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient handling of cases.
• Ensure timely communication with clients, medical providers, and the legal team.
