Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2–7 years experience working directly with young children, preferably including dual language learners and children with special needs.
• Native or fluent speaker of English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out learning experiences across developmental areas.
• Create organized indoor/outdoor learning environments.
• Develop reflective weekly plans based on children’s interests.
• Support language and literacy development in a bilingual setting.
• Engage families through newsletters and conferences.
• Collaborate with inclusion team and MTSS framework.
