Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience directly related to the specified duties.
• Ability to take vitals is required.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients for appointments.
• Maintain a clean professional front desk environment.
• Schedule future appointments accurately via the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Verify current and valid authorization information in the EMR.
