Job summary

SpotOn in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Installation Specialist to ensure restaurant sites are prepared for POS installations through comprehensive virtual assessments, on-site readiness checks, and hands-on deployment.

You will install POS hardware, complete cabling, deliver staff training, and provide live support while traveling to client sites; you’ll also troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and mentor junior specialists.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant and/or technical support experience.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual site surveys and readiness checks.
• Install and configure POS hardware onsite.
• Deliver staff training and provide live support.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues during installs.
• Collaborate with PMs, Technicians, and Engineering.
