Job summary

SpotOn in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Installation Specialist to prepare restaurant sites for successful POS deployments. You will conduct virtual site surveys, assess wiring, network readiness, and provide on-site or virtual installation support with staff training.

Travel to client sites is required; you will mentor junior specialists, resolve complex issues, and contribute to process improvements while upholding SOPs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking or Systems Administration preferred.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual site surveys to assess readiness.
• Install and configure POS hardware on-site and remotely.
• Provide staff training and live support.
• Lead follow-ups and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
• Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and QA processes.
