Job summary

AT&T in Boston, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with a consultative approach and help them choose from AT&T’s devices and services. You will engage with customers in-store, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to build relationships in the community.

You will work a schedule 9am–9pm including weekends, with performance-based commissions and paid training. Prior retail sales experience is a plus; strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. Training and coaching are provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
