Job summary

AT&T in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach and help meet sales targets. You will participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to drive growth while earning uncapped commissions.

You may receive an enhanced starting pay if bilingual, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies this role. The schedule runs 9am–9pm on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions through AT&T’s full suite of products.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Attend events and work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends.
