AT&T in Malden, MA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers explore options and tailor solutions with our full suite of devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach, meet sales targets, and earn commissions on top of hourly pay.

Starting pay includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates, with potential for higher pay in geography, experience, and training. Schedule is 9am–9pm, including weekends.

• Bilingual in English and Portuguese is a plus.

We’re offering a specific $3,000 Sign On Bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2000 at 1 year of service) for external candidates, including this location. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals! Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $44,000 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
