The position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates and a 40-hour weekly schedule, including weekends, with uncapped commissions. Starting pay ranges from $44,000 to $75,000 with location-based adjustments and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• If you don’t have sales experience, AT&T provides tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options on the sales floor with a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
