Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 5+ years hands-on field experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, or servicing pool equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve pool equipment issues using advanced troubleshooting skills and available resources.
• Provide quality telephone and email support with strong customer service and technical expertise.
• Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and support procedures; resolve issues and escalate when needed.
