Job summary

Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and CRM skills. Polish language ability is highly valued.

- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Polish highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and projects.
