CSL is seeking a qualified health professional to oversee donor screening and medical assessments at a plasma center. The role includes interviewing donors, evaluating suitability for pheresis, and responding to medical questions with the Center Medical Director.

Experience in regulated donation environments is preferred. Responsibilities also cover emergency care, consent explanations, confidentiality, and potential cross-training in other areas as needed to support donor safety and program

Competenze

• Active state licensure from a paramedic, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, naturopathic training program or medical school required.
• Completion of a foreign allopathic or osteopathic medical school and only if also currently licensed as a physician or certified as an EMT in the state.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a health care environment or one year of clinical experience from a vocational or nursing institution.
• Experience in a plasma or whole blood collection center or other regulated environment preferred.

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Promote positive donor relations.
• Conduct confidential donor interviews to obtain necessary information regarding suitability to donate plasma.
• Respond to medically related questions with the Center Medical Director and/or Center Physician.
• Perform medical history reviews and health assessments on donors.
