Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Phlebotomy/Pheresis Technician to collect plasma from donors while ensuring donor safety and product quality. You will perform venipuncture, monitor the pheresis process, and follow SOPs to support efficient donation and a positive donor experience.

The role includes donor setup, monitoring, and documentation on a PDA, maintaining a clean work environment, and strict adherence to HSE/OSHA policies. California-specific qualifications may apply where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum twelve (12) months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and monitor the pheresis process following SOPs.
• Set up donors, monitor during collection, and disconnect donors as required.
• Record donor data and events using a PDA and ensure accurate documentation.
