Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Experience determining donor eligibility and informed consent.
• Experience reviewing laboratory test results and SPE (Serological Protein Electrophoresis).
• Knowledge of plasma collection regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, obtain informed consent, review donor medical history and SPE results.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs, including donor transport to care facilities.
• Support center operations under guidance of Center Manager and Center Physician.
