Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC Plant Manager oversees all daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production. This leadership role manages personnel, processes, quality control, safety compliance, and maintenance while driving continuous improvement.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, 3+ years of supervisory or operations leadership, a hands-on work style, and the ability to work across shifts. Compensation includes salary DOE with bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership in manufacturing or processing.
• Experience supervising hourly staff and hands-on operations.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and manage KPIs.
• Strong bilingual communication with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead processing, drying, maintenance and cleaning operations.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure peak performance.
• Staffing, hiring, and shift coverage coordination.
• Ensure CGMPs, safety compliance and quality systems.
• Coordinate maintenance with production schedule.
