Job summary

Bedford Law Group, A PC in Los Angeles seeks a bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement. You will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and maintain proactive communication on case status and treatment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple cases efficiently while delivering excellent client service in a fast-growing, high-quality practice.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in personal injury or pre-litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from start to resolution
• Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and treatment
• Coordinate medical care and follow up with providers
• Order, organize, and review medical records and billing
• Investigate liability and gather supporting documentation
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and settlement
• Prepare and draft settlement demand packages
• Track deadlines and ensure timely progression of each case
• Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm’s system
