Job summary

Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Technician for our Oswell Street location in Bakersfield. Starting hourly is $16.90 - $17.25 depending on experience.

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and Tue, Thu 7:30am-1:15pm. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients, maintaining supplies, and supporting front desk tasks to ensure a five-star patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related health field preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
• Team player with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and patients for physical therapy sessions.
• Assist patients with attire and movement; monitor exercises.
• Triage calls, schedule appointments, and collect co-pays per policy.
• Maintain supplies, sterilize equipment, and ensure clean environment.
• Support front desk during off hours and handle routine tasks.
• Report issues to PTs and keep notes daily.
