CVS Health is seeking a bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service professional for our specialty mail-order pharmacy. You will assist customers with entering new medication orders, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, and communicating status and delivery information.

Training on site will be four weeks, 9:00am–6:00pm, before transitioning to a work-from-home setup. The role requires 6+ months in customer service, proficiency with Windows-based applications, and strong keyboarding skills.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience handling high-volume customer needs over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, professional customer service for specialty mail-order pharmacy.
• Enter new medication orders or refill existing prescriptions in the pharmacy system.
• Review prescription details for accuracy and compliance with provider instructions.
• Answer status inquiries and provide tracking/Delivery information.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
