Job summary

University Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Liaison to collaborate with Pharmacy staff and other healthcare providers to promote the system's pharmacy programs and services, delivering an optimal patient experience.

You will assist pharmacists and perform duties in pharmacy operations under supervision, contributing to efficient, timely performance within the Pharmacy Department, and supporting confidential medical environments. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent is required.
• Current pharmacy technician licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy is required.
• Two or more years inside or outside sales experience is preferred.
• Two or more years of experience as a registered pharmacy technician (RPhT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pharmacy staff and other healthcare providers to promote University Health's pharmacy programs and services and provide an optimal patient experience.
• Performs a variety of duties required in pharmacy operations and assists the pharmacists in the accomplishment of their duties.
• Under the supervision of the professional staff, accomplishes competent, efficient and timely performance of assignments within the structure of the Pharmacy Department.
