Job summary

The Misch Group is looking for a dynamic Personal Lines Customer Service Representative/Producer in Fairfax, Virginia. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and developing new business in personal lines insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with a proven track record in customer service and sales.
• Valid state insurance license in personal lines required.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing client relationships by providing personalized service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals.
• Support clients in the claims process for timely resolution.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients.
• Promote additional insurance products to meet clients' needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide a high level of customer service through various communication channels.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless client service.
